This notice explains how LVIE handles personal information submitted through the enquiry form on this website. LVIE is an Australian business. We handle personal information in line with the Australian Privacy Principles in the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth).
Information we collect
If you ask for more information about LVIE, we collect the name, venue or organisation and business email address you enter in the form. We also receive the time of your enquiry and basic technical information that our website host records when a form is submitted, such as your IP address and browser type. We do not ask for any other personal information on this website.
Why we collect it
We use your email address only to reply to your enquiry and to discuss how LVIE could work for your venue. Submitting the form does not subscribe you to a newsletter or marketing list. If we ever want to send you marketing messages, we will ask for your consent first and every message will include a way to unsubscribe.
Who handles your information
This website and its enquiry form are hosted by Netlify, which stores form submissions on our behalf. Our email is provided through Google Workspace and Amazon Web Services, which handle the emails we send you and receive from you. These providers may process information outside Australia, including in the United States. We do not sell your information or share it with anyone else for their own purposes, and we take reasonable steps to limit access to enquiries to the people at LVIE who need them to respond.
How long we keep it
We keep your enquiry only for as long as we need it to respond to you and follow up on your request. We delete it when you ask us to.
Your choices and your rights
You can ask us to stop contacting you, to tell you what information we hold about you, to correct it, or to delete it. Email support@lvie.app and we will respond within a reasonable time, usually within 30 days.
Complaints
If you are concerned about how we have handled your information, please email us first at support@lvie.app so we can try to put it right. If you are not satisfied, you can contact the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner at oaic.gov.au.
Updates
We may update this notice if our collection or handling practices change. The date at the top shows when it was last updated.
